RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all materials. If books or
printed materials were damaged in shipping, please email or call CESM
to request a replacement. If DVD's or Audio CD's do not function
properly, please email or call CESM to request a replacement. Please
return items to CESM.
Upon our receiving items, we will inspect returned items and exchange
for same items. No books or printed materials are returnable, unless
they were damaged in shipping. Damage would include, ripped or torn
pages damaged in shipping or stained and discolored pages due to
shipping.
If printed materials were damaged in shipping, there is no shipping
replacement charges.
If DVD's or CD's are defective, there is no shipping replacement
charges. Please return items within 14 days of your email or phone
call. Allow 8 to 10 business days for replacements.
SHIPPING POLICY
We currently online ship within the continental United States, Alaska
and Hawaii. All other orders are a special handling shipping request.
Please email or call CESM for special handling shipping request. We
currently ship using USPS. We ship Priority Mail or Media Rate. If you
have questions about our shipping policy, please email or call CESM.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is very important to us. We collect your name, address,
email address, phone number and credit card information. We use this
information you provide, to place and complete online orders. We do not
share this information with outside parties except to the extent to
complete the order. We will not sell or exchange your information to
any other outside parties. To prevent unauthorized use of your credit
card, we have put into place appropriate electronic and managerial
procedures to secure the information we have collected. Should you have
